Inspired by nature and organic shapes, self-taught ceramist and founder, Randeep Kaur established a boutique with self-conscious. It’s for the customers who care about where and how their products are made. The mission is to build harmony between design and
sustainability to make your everyday rituals more beautiful by embracing the manifesto of mindful living. Each piece is unique, shaped by hand & thoughtfully created keeping organic shapes in mind to create an atmosphere of warmth & coziness.
All ceramics are designed towards living a sustainable zero waste lifestyle that can be re-used and re-filled through the years. “Everything comes from the earth and goes back in the earth, including packaging” Hygge Ceramics focuses on both, how products are made as well as shipping, keeping a conscious concern for the planet in mind. All packaging is made from recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials. Personalised notes and gift messages are handwritten on handmade paper sourced from a local supplier. Randeep is from London working in a consulting firm from Monday to Friday and transforms into a potter over the weekends. She studied ceramics for 2 years in London, worked in a community pottery studio for years and now runs her own studio. She enrolled on a ceramics course for fun and immediately fell in love with the craft. She loves playing with textures, shapes and pours her heart & soul into everything she makes.
